1- Digital Products and Services
  • This includes but is not limited to courses, eBooks, downloadable materials, premium content, paid subscriptions, consultations, and access-restricted areas.

    Refunds for digital products will only be granted under the following conditions:

    • Access Issues: You experienced technical difficulties that prevented you from accessing the purchased content and our support team could not resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

    • Duplicate Purchase: You were charged more than once for the same item or subscription.

    • Misleading Product: The product received is significantly different from its description or preview, and this can be clearly demonstrated.

    The following do not qualify for refunds:

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Lack of usage or perceived lack of value

    • Failure to read or understand product descriptions or requirements

    • Attempt to abuse the system for free content access

    Refund Window: You must submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of purchase. No refund requests will be accepted after this period.

2- Physical Products (e.g., Merchandise)
  • Refunds or exchanges for physical items such as branded merchandise may be granted if:

    • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

    • The wrong item was sent.

    • The product never arrived, provided the shipping address was correct and verified.

    To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original packaging

    • Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery

    Non-Refundable Conditions:

    • You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

    • The item was lost or damaged due to your handling

    • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

    Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3- Process for Requesting a Refund

    • Reason for refund request

    * We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4- Chargebacks and Disputes
  • If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, you forfeit your eligibility for a refund and may be permanently banned from accessing Blockidator.com or its services. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks.

5- Changes to This Policy
  • Blockidator reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.

6- Fraudulent Activity and Overdue Payments (Terms and conditions)
  • Blockidator reserves the right to pursue, by legal and professional means, any outstanding payments or compensation resulting from fraudulent activity or attempts to cheat or deceive the platform. Any such dues owed to Blockidator are considered non-refundable and may be collected through appropriate channels, including third-party services or legal action.
